What to have ready

None of this is needed for the inspection itself — it only matters if we do find damage and you decide to open a claim. Having it to hand saves you a phone call later.

What happens on the day

  1. A call in the morningSo you know when he’s coming and you’re not waiting around.
  2. About 30 minutes on siteGround level, then the roof, photographing each slope. You don’t need to be home for any of it.
  3. Your photo report within 24 hoursBy email, with the findings written out plainly and a straight recommendation: file, monitor, or leave it alone.

No obligation, and no pressure.

  • There is nothing to sign on the day — no contingency agreement, no authorization form, nothing.
  • The inspection is free whatever we find, and there’s no invoice at the end of it.
  • The photos and the report are yours. Use them with your insurer, with us, or with any other contractor you’d rather hire.
  • If your roof is fine, we’ll tell you it’s fine and that’s the end of it. That’s the most common outcome, and it’s a good one.

Need to change the time?

Call or text the storm response line on 08012345678, or just reply to your confirmation email. There’s no cancellation fee and no one will talk you out of it — if the timing stopped working, we’d rather move it than miss you.
